We specialize in charcoal-roasted suckling pig, but we have a wide menu of alternatives to suit all palates, including vegan options.

Cueritos Rellenos
Cuerito Relleno disponible para 2, 4, 12 y el nuevo tamaño para 20 personas.
Los cueritos están rellenos de carne de cerdo y arroz a escoger entre arroz con gandules, mamposteao, arroz con longaniza y arroz con cebolla y tocineta. *Congrí nos disponible al momento. Los complementos también salen en bandejas para 2, 4, 12 y 20 personas.
Cuerito Rolls
Los Cuerito Rolls es una opción de picadera o aperitivo para 5 y 10 personas. Rellenos disponibles: carne de cerdo solamente, o combinación de carne cerdo con majado de yuca, majado de maduro, mofongo, batata, morcilla, longaniza de pollo, y carne ahumada.
¿Cómo ordenar?
Para ordenar los cueritos rellenos debe hacerlo con al menos con 1-2 días de anticipación.
